Josie
Josie began teaching in 2014 after receiving her 200hr Teacher Training thru Amara Yoga & Arts and Yoga Alliance. Over the last decade she has expanded the range of classes to better serve the community. While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow the most popular classes are Beginners Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Gentle Flow.
She teaches Community Yoga and Full Moon classes thru The Farms at Allerton Park as well as providing free classes at the Middle School, and Free breathwork at the High School. She has also led classes at the local hospital and senior assisted facilities.
