Yin Yoga:
All Levels
This is a restorative class where poses are held longer (1-4 minutes).
Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues of the body-tendons, fascia and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility and mobility.
Slow Flow
(1-2)
This is a gentle Vinyasa flow designed to connect movement with breath. Each inhale and exhale join with movement building strength and flexibility while connecting body and mind at a pace that is right for each student. Class ends with yoga nihdra to prepare yourself physically and mentally to rest.
Yoga Fundamentals

No matter what your body type, age, or level of flexibility & strength, this class will help you understand yoga, feel comfortable on your yoga mat, and release mental and physical tension.
This class progressively teaches the basics of Hatha yoga, a combination of physical postures, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. Fundamentals is perfectly paced for anyone brand new to yoga or those who want to deepen their knowledge.
Chair Yoga
All Levels
This is a gentle form of yoga with seated and standing postures using the support of the chair and other props when needed.

Join us for a different type of class designed to open up men’s shoulders, back, hips and legs.
We will use a multitude of props to support the body into a safe position and develop stronger, more purposeful breath work to release connective tissue.
GENTLE YOGA
All Levels
Gentle yoga is a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements.
